Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Technical sales experience is desirable
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
